POSITION:  SOUS CHEF Chance to be promoted to Head Chef if skills demonstrated. Duties & Responsibilities · Ensure monthly spending in outlets is with budget.· Assist to handle general staffing in outlets (hiring, dismissal, attendance, / sick leave record, annual leave record, etc. )· Ensure smooth running of all events, promotion in outlet.· Ensure that chefs and all staff follow up on new menus.· Coordinates kitchen work.· Co-responsible for daily kitchen operations.·   Works with Executive Chef to design receipts and create dishes.·  Assist with ordering food and keeping inventory (all kitchen products).·  Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment.   Job requirements:
– At least 8 years experience in the kitchen, tapas style and Spanish food.  Previous  experience in same role is a plus.
– Proficient in written and spoken English.  Work location: Taipa, Macau
